Eighteen years ago you "stood" on the doorway of life. Your entire universe was an open book. To this, your mom and I were blessed with the task of helping you achieve your full potential. While we were the ones who were often praised for your achievements and successes, you were the one who really made us look good. You made the job of being a parent easy and really, all the successes you achieved were truly yours.

Today you stand on the threshold of another doorway, the one that will take you into your own future. We know we have given you the grounding to confidently step through this new door. We have no doubt, that whatever path you choose, you will succeed. Even though you are stepping through this new door by yourself, know that you will never be alone. We will always be here for you, to give advice when sought or just to listen when you need someone to talk with.
